  1. Hey Ricky, what is your personal experience of not using a script?

    Personally I've had some really good results of just talking like its a call to a friend or a family member. Because when I'm not using a script it sounds more geniune and the prospect feels this right away aswell.

    What is your take on this?

  2. Thoughts on calling the do not call for fsbo?:) worth the risk if you lead with the “I have a buyer” or is that still very skeptical ? I personally don’t call them but I know people do and have some success because less people call them Usually

  3. Hey Ricky! So what if they call you back and you can’t remember who they are? Do u admit that- “hey ___, I’m so sorry. Which property do you own” or do u act like u know them and make notes and try to remember (like if u leave a voicemail on a potential client)

    Or do you save every number you come across?
