  1. Thankfully the group I work with are really cool. Somehow a fsbo and I got into a conversation about how ppl get down about money….hmmm you think aunt dorthy is a sweet old lady…..you try taking that family house that she has 20% of. smh

  2. soo i have a question! if someone signs that IABS form,doesnt that obligate them to cut you a commission if they purchase any of the homes you showed them while workin with them even if they "fire" you??

I have an owner of Remax that after the transaction closed in June 2018 two weeks later he called the police on me and had me arrested because he wanted $3000 for Back taxes that were not included in the closing. When I came up with the money he was pissed he still stocks me and he still comes on the property and it’s almost been a year. The sheriffs won’t do anything because he owns the Remax office here in Douglas county Oregon

  4. Buyers are liars!! I Say it time and time again! So let me ask you Chastin, do you get a buyer rep signed before viewing any properties? It’s something I’m reevaluating in my own business doing a buyer consultation and buyer rep ALWAYS!! But just wanted to get your opinion.

  6. It’s that everyone under the sun has their hands in your pocket.
    It’s that buyers, sellers, other agents and lenders LIE AND WASTE YOUR TIME.
    It’s people that violate their contracts and your broker won’t back you up
    It’s people that constantly want something for FREE, like your time.
    It’s people that expect you to search and search for a home that DOESNT EXIST AT THAT PRICE RANGE.
    It’s inspectors that don’t do their jobs
    It’s listing agents that don’t return EM
    ITS ON AND ON AND ON & ON.
    Keep it.!!

  7. I know a lot of you are new agents like myself and I am just inviting you to watch some of the videos I put up to help you guys get better and me as well. I naturally am slightly quiet and not as confident as I would like to be speaking so I am uploading videos to help me get better as a speaker and any suggestions to help would be great. I am also a brand new agent so if you would like to watch a new agent from scratch to where I would like to be in the next couple years I will upload one video everyday so you guys can see what I am doing and if theres anything I am doing wrong i would like to know from some of you more experienced people.   9. Great video! My friend JUST got her license and is already having an issue with a very unprofessional colleague who was SUPPOSED to partner up and do an open house with her. She didn't show up at the last minute. She worked it out alone with several people in attendance. A third agent offered to assist her with following up. The original "partner" called her demanding leads and was livid with her for having the other agent assist. She even called and cursed out the third agent. It was A MESS!

  10. Not true…clients can’t fire you. It’s a bilateral contract not a unilateral contract. Both listing agreements and buyer broker agreements. Stand your ground and don’t let people dictate your business!
