  1. Thank you for this video. I remember you said pick up 200-1000 homes to call, how often do we call them back again? First time they might not give us their email address, so we might have to call again made connection and get the email too. Do we call whenever if there just list and just sold? Or we should just call back to them regularly in a fix time? Thank you so much Ricky.

  2. Want an easy gauge for whether or not you’ll be successful? If you just watched this video for any amount of time and DIDN’T take detailed notes, you’re really missing the boat. Ricky is taking what took him YEARS to perfect and condensing it into 88 minutes. This is ALL pure gold. I’m only at the 50 minute mark, and I have two full pages of font 11 notes.

  4. I'm thinking of creating 2 types of weekly emails… One for my renters and the other for my buyers. Should I do that or should I send the same type of email to both homeowners/buyers and renters?

  7. Do you create the email from scratch every week? Or can you save it and change bits and pieces weekly? Also, do you schedule the day and time for the email to be sent or do you physically press send email every Wednesday?

  9. Hi Ricky! What would you say is better for a new agent w/ only a couple deals done in 6 months about being on a team? Advantages on my team is internet leads provided, lots of FB generated leads and leads from lenders, all paid for and provided for by team leader. These are internet leads, that are not usually willing to be contacted. I've had poor luck with them. Based on what I've learned from you, you aren't a fan of internet leads anyway. If I don't like internet leads, and that's the major benefit of being on a team, do you think it's a good idea to stay or to go solo and start doing things the way I want (the way you recommend)? Thank you for your advice!
