  1. A large part of your first impression on individuals is how you look and carry yourself… Unless you enjoy an uphill battle, why not look professional & presentable? Instead of having 10 rings clicking around on your hands with your shirt unbuttoned… Not going to bust your balls BC and post the link to multiple video were you state the opposite of what you state here, on the importance of a good first impression and how essential your look can be.

  2. Thank you for putting this out. Being in real estate as my first business taught me the hard way that if I didn't get the results I wanted, it's got to be me and not others.

I'm young too (23) and this has set me back from thinking of what I am able to accomplish.

  3. Hey BC. Thank you for the info I've been watching you since the start of my journey in real estate… Can you comment on the workers comp clause in EXP contract…eager to start.. my question is how much workers comp do I need?

  4. I am surprised at how many skeptics and doubters I have as I pursue this career(three weeks in). Nobody realizes I am miserable in corporate America but believe in stability and security. That's not for me anymore, yet people don't get it. Oh well. Fuck em.
